You/you/your:
"You", "you", and "your" refers to the entity consuming the content of this Experiment Page Terms & Conditions and the Experiment Page, whether the entity is human or not human (such as a screen scraper program). In the case where "You", "you", and "your" is not human, then "You", "you", and "your" refers to the entity operating the non-human entity that is consuming the content of this Experiment Page Terms & Conditions and the Experiment Page.

Refers to the web page found on chrisrail.ca that you are linked to upon agreeing to these terms and conditions.
AI:
Artificial intelligence, large or small language model, general purpose technology, digital assistant, or any combination of the aforementioned is referred to as "AI".
By clicking on the "I Agree" link, you agree to the following:
1. Agreement to not use Experiment Page content with AI and/or AI products
All textual content found on Experiment Page is not intended to be used to train AI or any form of AI products.
The textual content found on the Experiment Page is not for sale for use with AI or any form of AI products.
You agree that you that you will not collect and use any of the textual content found on the Experiment Page train any form of AI or AI product, and/or have it appear as part of any responses when using AI and/or AI products.
2. Penalty for violating the Experiment Page Terms & Conditions
If any specific phrases, sentences, or characterizations of the textual content provided on the Experiment Page appear as part of any responses when using AI or an AI product, you are subject to a penalty for violating these Experiment Terms & Conditions upon which the author of the chrisrail.ca website may charge a CA$15,000.00 "Content Fee" for each major version of the AI product that is found to violate these terms.
If it is determined that you have violated the Experiment Page Terms & Conditions, the author of chrisrail.ca will be send you an invoice for the "Content Fee" charge that you agree to pay.
If any textual content from the Experiment Page is provided to you by a third-party (such as a data broker), you are held responsible for publishing responses that uses or has been trained with all of, or parts of, the textual content provided on the Experiment Page that appears in your AI product, and are in violation of the Experiment Page Terms & Conditions.
3. Changes to the Experiment Page Terms & Conditions Agreement
You are bound by the version of this Experiment Page Terms & Conditions Agreement that is in effect on the date that you visit. This Agreement may change from time to time, so please review these Experiment Page Terms & Conditions before you visit the Experiment Page.
